Thanks to the funding from Sported. we are able to offer an exciting range of sports and activities FREE to young people during our Weekend Workouts!

Activities include Football, Handball, Scuba, Tennis, Basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, Taekwondo, Aqua Yoga, Street Cheer, Water Polo and Netball just to name a few!!

Sessions are on FORTNIGHTLY Saturdays 10.00am-12.00pm, participation spaces are limited.
